Scope
Singularity Labs provides consulting, factory design, implementation, and training services. Specific work, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written statement of work or similar agreement.
No guaranteed outcomes
Agent-operated systems can fail, drift, stall, or produce incorrect work. We design checks and recovery paths, but we do not guarantee business results, uptime, revenue, or error-free output.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate context, access, reviewers, domain expertise, and final approval for work that affects their business, customers, systems, or data.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public client information as confidential and use it only to evaluate, design, build, or support the agreed work unless otherwise authorized.
