Custom AI factory design

We bring our factory to build yours.

Singularity Labs designs, builds, and operates custom AI factories: agent workflows, managed hosting, client dashboards, review gates, and foreman training for teams with expensive work that still needs judgment.

Talk Through a FactoryRead the Field Notes

Plans. Roles. Tests. Memory. Logs. Foreman training. The unglamorous parts that make agent work usable.

Singularity Labs control sheet

The first useful artifact is not a demo. It is a map of what the factory is allowed to do, where humans stay involved, and how failure becomes visible.

Build/no-build recommendation

Agent systems break.

The useful question is whether the system was designed to notice, report, recover, and teach the operator what happened.

We are not selling a magic pile of agents. We build operating loops: the roles, checks, memory, logs, and handoffs that make the work inspectable when the model is confident and wrong.

What we build

The machinery around the model.

Plans

Specs and execution plans agents can actually follow.

Roles

Builders, reviewers, skeptics, researchers, and release hands.

Tests

Checks that are not graded by the same agent that wrote the work.

Observability

Logs, handoffs, stalled-work signals, and review trails.

Foreman loops

Humans steer the system where judgment still matters.

Recovery

The factory notices, reports, and recovers when work goes sideways.

The human role

The factory does not remove humans. It moves them up the stack.

Services

Engagements are scoped after a Factory Sketch.

AI Factory Design

Map one expensive workflow and turn it into a factory blueprint: roles, review gates, memory, risk, and the human foreman loop.

Custom Agent Workflows

Build client-specific agent workflows that can plan, assign work, review output, leave evidence, and recover when the loop drifts.

Factory Foreman Training

Teach the human operator to steer the factory, diagnose confusion, approve risk, improve the loop, and stop the line when quality drops.

Managed Agent Hosting

Run managed site and agent workbenches with updates, usage logs, backups, credential hygiene, and scoped client access.

Managed Dark Factories

For clients who need more than a site editor: a dedicated VPS or private runtime, a client-specific factory, and dashboard feedback that shows the work without exposing the machinery.

AI Workflow Audit

Inspect brittle AI workflows that only work while one person babysits them, then add the boring machinery that makes them usable.

R&D Contracting

Explore uncertain automation, music AI, internal tooling, and model-assisted decision loops with clear boundaries around experiments and production use.

Managed agent hosting

Build the factory, then keep it running somewhere boring.

Some clients do not want a repo handoff and a wish. They need a small private operating surface: a site workbench, deployment path, usage trail, and a dashboard where approved people can request work without getting root access to the machinery. For deeper operations, the same client portal can grow into a dedicated factory dashboard backed by a VPS or private runtime.

Managed infrastructure

Dedicated hosting, updates, backups, monitoring, credentials hygiene, and recovery routines.

Factory Control

Clients can request managed site work, review outputs, approve changes, and see what happened.

Dedicated factory option

A client-specific factory can run on a VPS or private host and report health, blocked decisions, upkeep, and feedback into the portal.

Recurring billing

Hosting and upkeep are monthly. Factory builds stay fixed-scope. AI usage is tracked separately.

Usage evidence

Production agent runs get measured after tuning, so estimates are based on observed decisions instead of guesses.

What to hire us for

Specific services, not a vague AI transformation pitch.

The site is intentionally direct because inbound leads need to know what kind of help exists before the first call.

AI factory design for internal operations
Managed agent hosting for client portals and websites
Custom agent workflows for expensive review-heavy work
AI workflow audits for brittle agent stacks
R&D contracting for music AI and model-assisted decision systems
Foreman training for teams adopting agent-operated workflows

We write publicly about what works, what breaks, and what still makes us nervous.

The Factory

Old software processes do not automatically fit agent-operated work. The factory has to be designed around the new shape of labor.

The Foreman

The human role changes from doing every task to steering the system, noticing drift, approving risk, and stopping the line when needed.

The Golden Hammer

The practical advantage comes from sampling competing solutions, comparing their strengths, and turning the best parts into a stronger workflow.

The Overnight Shift

A useful factory can keep moving work forward between human check-ins, as long as review, logs, and recovery paths are part of the design.

Every Company Is Sitting on Sunken Treasure

Many companies already paid for useful raw material. A factory can inspect, sort, repair, and reuse work that would otherwise stay buried.

Reality Needs Observers

As output speed rises, observation and verification become core infrastructure rather than cleanup work at the end.

Occasional notes about agent factories, managed hosting, foreman loops, compute cost, and the parts of AI work that stay stubbornly human.

Expensive manual work often has a factory shape.

If there is a workflow in your company that feels too expensive, too manual, or too dependent on one tired person, we can sketch the operating loop.
