Operating model

Systems are assessed before they are changed.

We review the current system, its operating constraints, and the proposed role of automation. The client receives findings and a recommended scope.

Delivery methods are defined during the engagement.

AI readiness

Readiness comes before implementation.

We determine whether a system can support an AI-enabled operating model, including supervised autonomous change, without unacceptable operational risk. The client receives an assessment of the system's current state.

Systems that are ready can proceed to AI implementation. Systems that are not receive a detailed strategy and plan for the work required to reach readiness. Strong conventional engineering does not guarantee AI readiness.

Creative systems

The work is not limited to software operations.

We also work with organizations whose output includes media, design, music, and other creative assets. The commercial requirements remain the same: clear ownership, appropriate review, and reliable delivery.

Engagement structure

Engagements are structured around the amount of agency required.

The operating model is selected after the system and business requirement have been reviewed.

The Factory

Old software processes do not automatically fit agent-operated work. The factory has to be designed around the new shape of labor.

The Foreman

The human role changes from doing every task to steering the system, noticing drift, approving risk, and stopping the line when needed.

The Golden Hammer

The practical advantage comes from sampling competing solutions, comparing their strengths, and turning the best parts into a stronger workflow.

Field note

Private consultation

Discuss a system that requires sustained technical ownership.

We review the business context, the current operating constraints, and the appropriate next step in a private call.
